As the article states, “It's a gold rush out there…It's the best time for an independent writer to get out there.” Amazon just announced that for the third week in a row, they sold over one million kindle devices. That means a lot of Kindles under the Christmas tree this week and a lot of people looking for kindle books to buy.

All this doesn’t mean you can just throw your work on Amazon and wait for the cash to roll in.
